Early warning signs of dementia 

Memory Changes:- Forgetting things often or struggling to retain new information, such as appointments or familiar faces.

Difficulty with Familiar Tasks:- Forgetting how to do routine tasks, like preparing meals or getting dressed, that were previously easy.

Language and Communication Changes:- Forgetting simple words or substituting words that don't fit into conversations, making it hard to understand.

Disorientation:- Having trouble knowing what day it is, getting lost in familiar places, or not remembering how you got there.

Impaired Judgment:- Not recognizing health and safety risks, such as ignoring medical problems or wearing inappropriate clothing.

Problems with Abstract Thinking:- Struggling to understand numbers and symbols, like managing finances or balancing checkbooks.

Misplacing Items:- Losing items often, like keys or glasses, and struggling to recall where they were last seen.

Mood Changes:- Experiencing rapid mood swings, becoming easily agitated, or showing signs of depression and anxiety.
